Your case number or party name stays in your browser unless you choose to open an official court portal. The on-page lookup works from a local catalog shipped with the site.
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for payment information. If you follow an official court link, that court controls its own privacy and billing rules.
We use a first-party, privacy-limited event counter to understand whether a lookup matched, stayed ambiguous, reached a coverage gap, opened optional filters, or continued to an official portal. Events contain only fixed category names, page type, and a broad viewport size. They never contain your case number, party name, selected state, county, court, query text, URL parameters, cookies, or a user identifier, and the browser sends them without a referrer header.
These coarse event points are sent only to this site's Cloudflare Worker and may be retained in Cloudflare Analytics Engine for up to three months for operational analysis. Cloudflare's automatic browser analytics beacon is disabled. We do not use advertising analytics or cross-site tracking.
If a court requires registration, payment, or a separate document request, that relationship is between you and the court.
