- Xchange says the first two digits identify the filing year, but case numbers are not unique statewide. Narrow by district or justice court, county, and case type whenever possible.
The current guest form lists a $10 one-time fee plus $0.20 per search. A monthly account is $40 plus a $25 initial setup and includes 500 searches; available documents cost $1 each.
Public documents may be purchased when available. Sealed, expunged, adoption, civil-commitment, juvenile, and other private case categories do not appear; older justice-court coverage varies.
